I put this on the Yahoo group but a lot of people said they could not see it so I will post the renderings from my architect here

I am putting my two houses together and building up another floor so it will be two full stories and a rooftop terrace using that as kind of a 3rd floor. I will also have a small area on top of the 3rd floor (sort of "crows nest" or observation area) that should give me a nice view of the ocean.

We will see how it goes.
