I understand our homes are gone over to make sure the water/electric systems are in working order. Does that include an inspection/cleaning of the tinaco?

I know you guys are very busy and that the homes have sat for years and they need to be cleaned up(which I heard you do an awesome of!)
Is it crazy to think we could buy some air mattresses and sleep in the house?
And if so can the water/electricity be turned on prior to our arrival?
